1) How do I check in?
If you have requested an early check in then once you arrive at the development simply call the office on 0116 253 0200 and one of our agents will meet you with the keys and receipt.For normal check in after 4pm proceed directly to reception at Dyersgate.
2) What if I arrive out of office hours?
Our reception is open from 4:00pm to 10pm Sunday to Wednesday.
4pm to 12 midnight
3) Do you have a key code entry system for the apartments?
Unfortunately not at present but will do in the future.
4) Is there a reception?
Yes there now is a reception
5) Is parking available?
Yes we have secure underground parking at £5.00 per day, ass well as free on street parking.
6) Is Westbridge Wharf the name of the building?
Westbridge Wharf is the name of the development which consists of 2 buildings Roman Wall and Dyersgate adjacent to each other and both share the same car park.
7) Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?
No, all apartments come with fresh towels and bed linen.
8) Is shower gel and soap provided?
Soap, washing up tabs for dishes and clothes are provided. At present shower gel is not but soon will be.
9) Are the apartments fully furnished?
Yes all apartments are furnished including all kitchen cutlery, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer, oven/grill, washer dryer, dishwasher (except in studios).
10) Is there wi fi available in the apartments?
Wi fi is only available in the Westbridge Wharf Development. Minimum price is £7 for 3 days a detailed sheet is displayed in each apartment.
11) How do I check out?
On departure post the keys through the mail box on the door of the apartment you are staying in.
12) What if I want a late check out?
Subject to availability for an extra £10.00 you can stay up to 6pm
13) Can I extend my stay?
Subject to availability yes you can.
14) What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel before 48hrs of arrival you will get a full refund. If less than 48hrs you will be charged the 1st nights stay.
15) I am staying for more than 7 nights will the apartment be cleaned?
Yes, the apartment will be cleaned once a week, with a change of bed linen and towels.
